Delete your account

How to request deletion

Send an email to besharoe@yahoo.com from the email address associated with your account. Use the subject line "Account Deletion Request".

Include your registered email address in the message so we can verify your identity.

Timeline

We process verified account deletion requests within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your account and all associated data have been permanently removed.

What gets deleted

• Your user account and authentication credentials
• All vocabulary words, translations, and sample sentences
• Notes, language preferences, and "known" status
• Payment and subscription records
• Analytics events tied to your user ID

Note: Individual words can be deleted at any time directly inside the VocabBank app without deleting your full account.

Data we keep

We may retain certain information for legal compliance, fraud prevention, or security purposes (e.g. billing records required by tax law). This retained data is anonymized or pseudonymized where possible.
